Leadership development programs
Ideal for improving leadership performance and effectiveness, or creating greater synergies and collaboration within your team.

Our tailored programs will harness the potential of your team, develop skills and align behaviours to your business and strategic goals. Common focus areas could include building high performance teams, leadership impact, emotional intelligence, motivation and engagement, effective communication, coaching skills, feedback, influencing, conflict resolution, delegation, leading hybrid/remote teams, decision-making, leading change or customer-centricity.
 
Psychometric tools and simulations can be included to deepen learning and self-insight.
Programs can be facilitated face-to-face, virtually, or a combination of both.

Personal development programs
Ideal if you or your team need to boost skills and confidence in a particular area quickly.
 
These mini-modules provide practical tools and ideas to address specific areas of personal development. Common focus areas could include building self-awareness, giving and receiving great feedback, leveraging whole brain thinking®, working in hybrid/remote teams, leveraging diversity, psychological safety, meeting effectiveness, time management and working smarter, positive and productive mindset, new habit building, my ‘personal brand’, captivating communications, storytelling techniques and landing the sales pitch.
 
Modules can be run independently or clustered into bespoke programs. All can be facilitated face-to-face, virtually, or a combination of both.

Career development and executive coaching
Ideal if you or your team have specific needs and goals that would benefit from 1:1 coaching.
 
Our 1:1 coaching programs are designed entirely around you. We can help you identify and build on your strengths and address any gaps or potential derailers. Common focus areas could include leading people, working with others, accurate self-insight, understanding and leveraging thinking preferences, enhanced communication skills and first 90 days support. We also provide career development support, such as effective development planning, shaping your career path and successful career transition.
 
We recommend 3-6 months 1:1 coaching program duration for effective behaviour change. Personal programs may include psychometric assessments and other tools where appropriate. All can be facilitated face-to-face, virtually, or a combination of both.

Organisational culture, diversity and inclusion
Ideal if you want to lead cultural or business change. Or you find the behaviours of your leadership team and the aspirations of your business are out of alignment.
 
These programs help to identify cultural barriers or problems that are holding your business back, and provide customised, culture-based solutions to help address any gaps or weaknesses. We generally start with a culture audit, which can include engagement surveys, cultural assessments, 1:1 interviewing or focus group activities. We then work closely with you to determine the best way forward to achieve your cultural and diversity goals.
 
These programs are ideally facilitated face-to-face, but some aspects (such as cultural assessments) can be delivered virtually.

Elayne Verner, Founding Director

As a Leadership & Organisational Development specialist, Elayne has spent 30+ years working across a broad range of companies and industries, including healthcare, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, construction, transport, corporate and financial services, technology, government departments and organisational development consulting services. Prior to this specialisation, Elayne was General Manager, Mirvac and Global Head, Emerging Markets Learning Strategy, Johnson & Johnson. This breadth of exposure gives her a deep understanding of complex organisational challenges and opportunities that business leaders and individuals face today.

Elayne has a Masters of Management, Postgraduate Diploma in Management, Bachelor of Arts in English & Management and a Professional Certificate of Executive Coaching, as well as AQF Training & Assessment qualifications and numerous organisational development and psychometric assessment accreditations.
